1. Business Use Only

WorkHub is provided exclusively for company and professional use. This platform is designed for businesses to manage employee training, attendance, tasks, documents, surveys, payroll visibility, and HR services. Personal or non-business use is not permitted.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

  • Your account was provided by your employer
  • You are authorized to access company resources through this platform
  • You will not share your login credentials with anyone
  • You will use the platform only for legitimate business purposes

2. Account Provided by Employer

Employees cannot self-register or create their own accounts. All accounts are created and managed exclusively by employers through the WorkHub web admin system. Only employees with valid company credentials provided by their employer may access the platform.

If you do not have an account but believe you should have access, contact your employer's administrator or HR department. WorkHub support cannot create accounts for individual employees.

3. No Sharing Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other authentication information with anyone, including other employees, third parties, or unauthorized individuals.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify your employer's administrator immediately.

4. Access Removal When Employee Leaves Company

Your access to WorkHub is tied to your employment status. When you leave the company or your employment is terminated, your employer may immediately revoke your access to the platform. Your account may be disabled or deleted at your employer's discretion.

WorkHub will comply with employer requests to remove or modify employee access. You acknowledge that you have no right to continued access after your employment ends.

5. Platform Operations and Billing

The mobile application is focused on employee operations and does not process payments or in-app purchases. Any employer-facing billing, subscription, or administrative actions are handled through the web admin system.

All billing and subscription management is conducted between the employer and WorkHub through the web platform. Employees do not have access to subscription or payment features.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use WorkHub to:

  • Access the platform without employer permission or authorization
  • Attempt to modify, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the services
  • Share internal company content, confidential information, or proprietary materials with unauthorized parties
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or company policies
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security, servers, or networks

7. Account Ownership

Employee accounts are owned and managed by the employer. Your employer has full control over account creation, modification, suspension, and termination. WorkHub acts as a service provider and will follow employer instructions regarding account management.

You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights to your account or any data associated with it. All account-related decisions are made by your employer.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WorkHub if:

  • The company's subscription ends or is not renewed
  • Your employer removes you as a user or revokes your access
  • Misuse, policy violations, or prohibited activities are detected
  • We are required to do so by law or legal process
  • We determine that your use poses a security risk or threatens the platform's integrity

Suspension or termination may occur immediately and without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide a reason for termination, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkHub and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by your employer for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the WorkHub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, are owned by WorkHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without express written permission from WorkHub.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the platform and notify your employer.
