By using WorkHub, you acknowledge that your account is provided and managed by your employer, and that you are accessing company resources through this platform.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the service and provide access to the current app features. The data we collect includes:
- Employee name: Used for identification and personalization within the platform
- Work email address: Used for authentication, account management, and communication
- Employee or company identifier: Used to associate your account with your employer and manage access permissions
- Department, role, or job title: Used to tailor access and content where required by the employer
- Attendance records and shift data: Used for check-in, check-out, work schedule, and attendance tracking features
- Training progress, quiz, and survey responses: Used to deliver learning content and measure completion or participation
- Task and document activity: Used to provide task follow-up, document access, and content status inside the app
- Notification and broadcast preferences: Used to deliver employer announcements and platform alerts
- Basic device and usage information: Collected for app performance monitoring, error logging, and service improvement. This includes device type, operating system version, app version, and basic usage analytics
We do not collect unnecessary personal data, and we do not collect sensitive information such as financial data, health information, or personal identifiers beyond what is required for service operation.

Employees cannot create their own accounts. All accounts are created and managed exclusively by employers through the WorkHub web admin system. Only authorized company users with valid credentials provided by their employer may access the mobile application.
If you believe you should have access to WorkHub but do not have credentials, please contact your employer's administrator or HR department.
6. Employer Ownership of Accounts
Employee accounts are owned and managed by the employer. Your employer has full control over account creation, modification, and termination. If an employee leaves the company or access is revoked by the employer, the account may be disabled or deleted.
WorkHub acts as a service provider to your employer, and account management decisions are made by your employer, not by WorkHub.
7. Children's Policy
WorkHub is intended for workplace use and is not designed for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
If an employer provides access to individuals under 16, the employer is responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for doing so and for obtaining any necessary parental consent or authorization as required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for service operation or as required by your employer. When an account is terminated or an employee leaves the company, we may retain certain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations or as directed by the employer.
Data retention periods are determined by your employer's policies and applicable legal requirements.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to support platform operations, including:
- Analytics services: To monitor app performance and usage patterns
- Hosting services: To store and process data securely
- Crash logging services: To identify and fix technical issues
These third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and are used solely for technical and operational purposes. They do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes.

Employees have the right to:
